The special Conference Rate we’ve negotiated with each hotel is good for reservations made through to July 7. After that date, the conference rate is no longer available and the room rates will be considerably higher (unless the hotel has plenty of unsold rooms and is willing to be kind, gracious, and generous).

So if you haven’t reserved a hotel room yet, get on it!
