Please read this before you register…

Here are a few things to keep in mind before you go to the registration page:

  • Registrations can’t be transferred to other individuals.
  • Groups can be registered at one time (by one person) or separately. But everyone in the group must use the same group name.
  • If you’re registering a group, go ahead and choose seminars for each person in your group. Once people are registered, they can change their seminar choices until pre-registration closes on July 22.
  • If the seminar you’d like to attend is full, it won’t appear in the drop-down list. But check back later to see if it opens up. Someone might decide not to attend that seminar or it might be moved to a larger room.
  • Each of the three pre-conference intensives costs an additional $50. That fee is non-refundable unless you end up canceling your registration.
  • In addition to intensives and seminars, you’ll also have the opportunity to sign up for tech lunches, a tech tour, and the conference choir. Keep in the mind that the choir includes rehearsals on Thursday and Friday, 4:00-5:15, and the 2:15-3:30 seminar slot on Friday.

Groups (5 or more) - $110
Individuals - $135

April 1 - May 31:

Students (college and below) - $110
Groups (5 or more) - $135
Individuals - $160

June 1 - July 22:

Students (college and below) - $135
Groups (5 or more) - $160
Individuals - $185

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations submitted by midnight on July 22 will receive a refund minus a $30 processing fee. Unfortunately, we can’t give refunds after that date.
