M A T T   M A S O N

Matt serves as Senior Pastor at The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Alabama. For 19 years prior to that, he served as a worship leader in local church contexts. During that time, he contributed a chapter to Doxology and Theology: How the Gospel Forms the Worship Leader (2013). He is a contributing author to one of the forthcoming Psalms volumes in the Christ-Centered Exposition Series. Matt and Paula have three children, Hunter, Will, and Ellie.

C R A I G   C A B A N I S S

Craig grew up in the Houston area, going on to study at Baylor University. After graduation, Craig married Ginger and they moved to Pasadena, California where Craig earned his Master of Divinity from Fuller Seminary. Craig serves as lead pastor at Grace Church Frisco. Craig and Ginger have four children and two grandsons.


B O B  K A U F L I N

Bob oversees the music of Sovereign Grace Church of Louisville and helps provide pastoral care. His full time job is serving as the Director of Sovereign Grace Music. Bob and his wife, Julie, have four daughters, two sons, and an ever growing number of grandchildren.


B R I A N   D A V I S

A Detroit native, Brian moved to Philadelphia in 2006 and has since considered it home. Since conversion, he has desired to help establish a healthy church in an inner-city context which eventually led to his being a part of Risen Christ Fellowship. He has completed a church planting internship at Imago Dei Church in Raleigh, NC which he began at the conclusion of completing the pastoral internship at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in 2013. Brian is joyfully married to Sonia, and the Lord has given them two delightful sons; Spurgeon & Sibbes, and a lovely girl, Noelle.

 

J O N   P A Y N E

Jon serves as the lead pastor of Redemption Hill Church, near Austin, Texas. He oversees the Sunday preaching and the theological vision of the church and provides leadership to the pastoral team. Before planting Redemption Hill in 2013, Jon served as a pastor in Sovereign Grace Church of Gilbert, Arizona from 2005-2013. Jon and his wife Lory have 4 children who give them endless new moments of laughter and gratefulness.


R I C K   G A M A C H E

Rick Gamache serves as the Pastor for Preaching and Mission of Sovereign Grace Church in Burnsville, MN. His primary responsibilities are to provide leadership and teaching for Sovereign Grace Church to fulfill the mission to make disciples who delight in, display, and declare the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Rick also serves as a Regional Leader for our family of churches, Sovereign Grace Churches, in the Midwest/Northwest region. Rick and his wife, Delaine, live in Burnsville, MN and have five children and recently gained a son in-law.

M I C H A E L   B L E E C K E R

Michael Bleecker is passionate about leading others in worship by communicating the infinite beauty and worth of God through song. Since 2003 he has served as the Worship Pastor of The Village Church in Flower Mound, Texas. He loves being married to his wife, Faith, and being a Dad to their four sons, Evan, Jude, Beau, and Coen.

 

M A T T   B O S W E L L

Matt Boswell is a native Texan, who grew up the son of a pastor. He has been leading worship and involved in church planting since 1995. His passion is to see our congregation engaged in gospel-centered ministry, and in this environment live out the great commission. He writes songs for congregational worship and is also a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is head over heels for his bride, Jamie, and they have four small children.

 

C A R O L I N E   C O B B

Caroline Cobb is a singer-songwriter particularly interested in telling the stories of scripture through her music. Caroline’s most recent album, A Home and a Hunger: Songs of Kingdom Hope (released summer 2017), centers around the biblical theme of kingdom hope in exile. Her other album, The Blood + the Breath: Songs that Tell the Story of Redemption, takes the listener on a journey through redemptive history, with each song parachuting into a different biblical scene. Caroline and her husband Nick live in Dallas, TX with their three young kids (Ellie, Harrison and Libby).

 

D E V O N   K A U F L I N

Devon Kauflin is a pastor at Grace Church of Clarksburg, leading corporate worship, preaching, and providing pastoral care. He also serves Sovereign Grace Music by contributing to recordings, leading events, and developing strategies for training leaders and better serving local churches. He completed his B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland (2007) and his M.Div. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2015) where he is currently studying for his Ph.D. Devon and his wife, Kristine, were married in 2006 and have 4 children.

 

J I M M Y   N E E D H A M

Since 2005 Jimmy has been a full time recording artist, working to make the gospel rhyme around the world. He serves in the worship ministry at Stonegate Church in Midlothian, Texas, equipping and developing worship leaders to hone their craft and know their God. He also contributes regularly to DesiringGod.org. He and his wife, Kelly, have two daughters and a son.

 

A D A M   W R I G H T

Adam Wright is a native of Birmingham, AL and is a husband of 11 years to Jessica and father to two adorable daughters, Nora and Jill. He has had the privilege of leading God’s people in worship for a majority of his life and currently serves as minister of music at Cahaba Park Church where he’s served for over eight years. He is also the creator and director of The Corner Room, a music ministry that seeks to set Scripture, word for word from the ESV, to modern music as a tool for memorization and meditation. In just over two years, Adam has released three critically acclaimed albums: Psalm Songs, Volume 1, a collection of ten entire psalms set to music; a three movement suite of 1 Corinthians 13 called Love Never Ends; and What Great Mystery, an EP of modern hymns. TCR will be releasing Psalm Songs, Volume 2 in April and hopes that these projects help others to know and treasure God’s Word more deeply in a fresh and unique way. Patrick Anderson 

Patrick serves as worship pastor at Christ Community Church in Daytona Beach, Florida. He is an active musician and educator with a love for serving the Church and training others do so as well. As a guitarist, he has performed extensively throughout the U.S. and abroad, won top awards at various competitions, served as a founding member of the band Enfield. As an educator, he has worked as an assistant professor of music at Cedarville University, taught at the Master’s College and Westmont College, and given many guitar clinics at various conferences, schools and churches. He and his wife Emily have three boys.

Craig Cabaniss

Steve & Vikki Cook

Steve and Vikki Cook have been worship leaders and songwriters for over 30 years. Their songs, “Before the Throne of God Above,” “I Will Glory In My Redeemer,” and many others are being used in churches worldwide. For many years, they have also taught the craft of songwriting at various churches, conferences and colleges. Steve is currently teaching songwriting as part of the Music Industry Studies Program at Greenville University in Greenville, Illinois.

Brian Davis

Ryan Foglesong

Ryan is a worship leader and orchestra director at Grace Baptist Church in Santa Clarita, California. He is also a primary songwriter and bassist for Enfield, which served as the house band for the Resolved Conference since 2007. In addition to teaching private instruction for guitar, bass, and songwriting, he is an adjunct faculty member at The Master’s University where he teaches music composition and electric bass. He has contributed arranging and bass playing to several Sovereign Grace Music albums since 2011. He and his wife Rachel reside in Santa Clarita with their children, Henry, Evelyn, and Jacob.

Doug Gould

After leaving Shure as U.S Market Development Manager in 2009, Doug Gould created Worship MD, a Market Development consultant firm that utilizes training of church volunteer worship and tech teams on best use practices of audio and music technology. Over the last fifteen years he has been a very effective presenter and product evangelist at hundreds of worship and tech conferences and workshops all over North America. Present clients include Audio-Technica, Presonus, Martin Guitars, Aviom, Rocking with the Cross (1Christian.net.) and Sensaphonics. He is also a frequent contributor of technical articles to Share Faith Magazine. Sheri Gould

Sheri Gould is a graduate of the University of Illinois. She has taught voice privately for nearly 40 years. She has been a worship leader and music director in various local churches since 1986. She was the director of Good News Productions, an evangelistic outreach involving singing, drama, dance and original musicals for 13 years. She writes for Worship Musician! Magazine and tours the world with her husband teaching and equipping the Body of Christ for music ministry at such conferences as, National Worship Leader, Christian Musician Summit, Seminars4Worship, Camp Electric,  Experience Conference, Worship Institute, WorshipLife, WorshipGod and many more. A home-schooling mom since 1985, she her husband Doug reside in New Jersey where she just finished home-schooling the last of their eight children.

Bob Kauflin

Bob oversees the music of Sovereign Grace Church of Louisville and helps provide pastoral care. His full time job is serving as the Director of Sovereign Grace Music. Bob and his wife, Julie, have four daughters, two sons, and an ever growing number of grandchildren.

Julie Kauflin

Julie is Bob’s wife and has been faithfully serving alongside him for over 30 years. She will be speaking to women from the experience she’s gained as a sound engineer, vocalist, pastor’s wife, and mother. She and Bob have six children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren.

Josh Scott 

Josh is the creator/owner of JHS Pedals; a Kansas City based and globally recognized guitar effects company. Josh’s 25 years of experience as a studio guitarist, touring musician, studio engineer/producer, worship leader, songwriter and recording artist bring a fresh insight to the application of guitar, no matter what style of music is at hand. With extensive knowledge of the history of electric guitar and its evolution over the last century, Josh offers a unique perspective for guitarists and in-depth discussion that is guaranteed to engage and inform.

Don Whitney

Since 2005, Don has been Professor of Biblical Spirituality at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, where he also serves as Associate Dean. He is the founder and president of The Center for Biblical Spirituality. David Zimmer

David Zimmer is a full-time touring and studio drummer/singer from Seattle, Washington. David, his wife Julie, and their two kids Paxton and Josephine live in Burbank, California where he serves as the part-time worship leader for the college ministry, Crossroads at Grace Community Church. David is also a songwriter and recently wrote, “May The Peoples Praise You” heard on Keith and Kristyn Getty’s album, Facing a Task Unfinished. David’s drumming, singing, and song arrangements can be heard on multiple Sovereign Grace recordings.
