He also shares his musings and perspectives at his blog, Pure Church. Thabiti and his wife Kristie, have three children.

Craig Cabaniss is the senior pastor of Grace Church in Frisco, Texas, near Dallas. His winsome and biblical preaching has been a favorite of WorshipGod conferences in past years. He and his wife, Ginger, have four children.

Bryan Chapell is President of Covenant Theological Seminary in St.Louis, Missouri, and the Professor of Practical Theology. His insightful Bible teaching can be heard daily via the internet on Living Christ Today. He is the author of many articles and numerous books, including Christ-Centered Preaching and Christ-Centered Worship. Bryan and his wife, Kathleen, have four children and live in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bob Kauflin is the director of worship development for Sovereign Grace Ministries. Bob was a writer and arranger for the group GLAD from 1976 to 2006, and is one of the worship leaders at Covenant Life Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, led by Joshua Harris. He blogs at Worshipmatters.com, and his book, Worship Matters: Leading Others to Encounter the Greatness of God, was released in 2008 by Crossway. He and his wife, Julie, have six children and ten grandchildren.

Ray is lead pastor of Immanuel Church in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds a Ph.D. from The University of Aberdeen, Scotland. In addition to a number of essays and articles, he has published five books. He participated in The New Living Translation and the English Standard Version of the Bible, and wrote the notes to the book of Isaiah in the ESV Study Bible. Ray is the President ofRenewal Ministries, a Regional Director inThe Acts29 Network,and  serves on theCouncil of The Gospel Coalition.

Enfield, led by John Martin, leads worship for the annual conference Resolved, a conference named after Jonathan Edwards’ Resolutions and hosted by Rick Holland. The band is named after the city where Edwards first preached Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God. They have three albums and seek to produce God-focused music that adorns the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sojourn produces new songs for the church, rich in Christian teaching and contextualized in modern culture. Their contemporary hymns, psalms, and songs of lament and praise are written by members of Sojourn Community Church.

Mark Altrogge

Mark has been senior pastor of what is now Sovereign Grace Church of Indiana, Pennsylvania, since 1982. He has written hundreds of songs for worship, including “I Stand in Awe” and “I’m Forever Grateful.” Mark and his wife, Kristi, have four sons, one daughter, and three grandchildren.

Patrick Anderson

Patrick Anderson is a stylistically diverse, award winning guitarist who has performed extensively throughout the U.S. and abroad. He is finishing up a DMA in music performance at the University of Southern California and has recently joined Cedarville University in 2010 as a faculty member in the Music and Worship Department. He is a founding member of the band Enfield and is currently serving at a Sovereign Grace church plant in the Dayton, Ohio area. He and is wife, Emily, were married in 2009 and have one child.

Ken Boer

Ken Boer is director of music and is a worship leader at Covenant Life Church, in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He oversees the Covenant Life Music Academy which focuses on training young musicians for God’s glory. Ken received training at Wheaton College, the Bethlehem Institute, and the University of Minnesota. He and his wife Rachael have three children.

Jamie Brown

Jamie Brown is the Associate Director of Worship and Music at The Falls Church, a large Anglican church in Falls Church, Virginia. He has 15 years of worship leading experience in the context of a liturgical church. He sings, plays guitar and piano, and authors a blog for worship leaders at www.worthilymagnify.com. He and his wife, Catherine, have two little girls.

Steve Cook

Steve has been writing songs for worship for more than twenty years, often collaborating with his wife, Vikki. Their songs include “I Will Glory in My Redeemer,” “There Is No One Like Our God,” and “I Bow Down.” Steve and Vikki are founders of Before the Throne Music and Underground Grace Records, which features the band West Coast Revival. Steve and Vikki are part of Covenant Life Church (Gaithersburg, Maryland) and reside in the Gaithersburg area with their two daughters.

Vikki Cook

Songwriter, vocalist, and Steve Cook’s wife and creative partner, Vikki is the writer of “Before the Throne of God Above” and has collaborated with her husband on dozens of songs including “I Will Glory in My Redeemer,” “There Is No One Like Our God,” and “I Bow Down.” Vikki’s voice has been featured on albums such as Worship God Live, Songs for the Cross Centered Life, and Upward: The Bob Kauflin Hymns Project. Steve and Vikki are part of Covenant Life Church (Gaithersburg, Maryland) and reside in the Gaithersburg area with their two daughters.

Mike Cosper

Mike Cosper is a pastor on staff of Sojourn Community Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He is involved with working with songwriters, preparing for Sundays, recording their worship CD’s including Over the Grave by Sojourn Music, and working with the ministry leaders who oversee the Visual Arts ministry and the 930 Arts Center. He and his wife Sarah, have two daughters.

Bryan Deitrich

Bryan Deitrich has played keyboards for Covenant Fellowship Church for the last 10 years. Bryan is a wonderful mix of excellence and passion for his Savior. In addition to music, he also enjoys beach volley ball and has more vert than your average keyboard player. He and his wife, Cherylee, have three sons.

Ryan Foglesong

Ryan is the Production Coordinator for Resolved Music at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California.  He is a primary songwriter and bassist for Enfield, which has served as the house band for the Resolved Conference since 2007.  His songs include “O For That Day,” “Anchored,” and “Jesus Shall Reign.”  He also teaches guitar, bass, and songwriting in Santa Clarita where he lives with his wife, Rachel.

Doug Gould

Doug Gould  has served the  Pro Audio/MI Industry for over 25 years in  various sales and marketing capacities. He blazed a trail for Shure, Inc, where for seven years built their entire House of Worship strategy through his hundreds of workshops, artist relationships and by creating educational resources. He is now  Founder and CEO of  Worship MD, an independent consultant company and represents Audio-Technica, Aviom, D’Addario, Presonus, and Waves and other well-known brands in the industry who desire to train, equip and resource the worship community. Doug also serves as worship leader of his home church, Harvest Chapel in Lawrenceville, NJ. He is married to Sheri Gould and father to eight children and three grandchildren.

Sheri Gould

Sheri Gould has taught voice privately for 30 years. She has served in various local churches since 1986. She was the director of Good News Productions, an evangelistic outreach involving singing, drama, dance and original musicals for 13 years. She writes for Worship Musician! Magazine and Front Yard Worship Magazine and tours the country with her husband teaching and equipping the Body of Christ for music ministry at such conferences as Christian Musician Summit, Seminars4Worship, International Worship Institute,  East Coast Worship Summit, Worship Institute Northeast and more. A home-schooler since 1985, she her husband Doug reside in New Jersey where she is now home-schooling the last of her six children.

Roger Hooper

Roger Hooper is a composer for TV and film. He writes music on a regular basis for Voice of America, has scored trailers for EA Games, and his work has also appeared on Fox News, CNN, and HGTV. Roger has scored many videos for Sovereign Grace Ministries, and also writes reviews and articles for audioMIDI.com, an online store that specializes in hard disk recording. He has been a member of Covenant Life Church‘s worship team for 23 years.

Paul Hoover

Paul serves as the Director of Worship and Young Adult Ministries at Crossroads Community Church in Valencia, California. He also serves with Enfield as they lead worship at the Resolved Conference. He and his wife Jessica, were married in 2006 and are embracing life without kids for a few more years.

Bob Kauflin

Bob Kauflin is the director of worship development for Sovereign Grace Ministries. Julie Kauflin

Julie is Bob’s wife and has been faithfully serving alongside him for over 30 years. She will be speaking to women from the experience she’s gained as a sound engineer, vocalist, pastor’s wife, and mother. She and Bob have six children, four of them married, and ten grandchildren.

Jared Kennedy

Jared is the husband of Megan and father of three daughters.  He serves as Family Pastor at Sojourn Community Church in Louisville, KY, where he oversees Sojourn’s children’s ministry, SojournKids, which has published two books for children, Our Home is Like a Little Church (Christian Focus, 2010) and What is the Church? (Christian Focus, forthcoming).

Shai Linne

Shai Linne is a recording artist with Lamp Mode Recordings, an independent Christian hip-hop record label whose mission is to highlight the character of God while presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ and a biblical worldview through hip-hop culture. Shai is a theologian, poet, and pastor-in-training, having just completed a pastoral internship at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington D.C., where he is a member. Shai has appeared on numerous independent and national Christian hip-hop releases and has released three solo projects of his own: The Solus Christus Project (2005), The Atonement (2008) and Storiez (2008). Shai lives in Washington D.C. with his wife, Blair.

Matt Mason

Matt serves on the pastoral team of Lakeview Christian Center, a Sovereign Grace church in New Orleans, LA,  where Matt oversees the Worship and Singles Ministry. He and his wife Paula have three children.

Jon Payne

Jon Payne has been a part of Sovereign Grace Ministries from a young age and now serves as a pastor at Sovereign Grace Church in Gilbert. Jon’s responsibilities include regular Sunday preaching, leadership of the youth ministry, counseling and pastoral care, and serving as one of the worship leaders for the church.   Jon  and his wife Lory live in Gilbert with their daughter and son.

Pat Sczebel

Pat is a pastor at CrossWay Community Church in Surrey, British Columbia, where he oversees worship and evangelism. Pat’s songs include “Jesus, Thank You” and “His Forever,” and have been featured on several albums from Sovereign Grace Music. Pat and his wife, Cherry, have three sons and two daughters.

Joseph Stigora

Joseph has been on staff at Covenant Fellowship Church in Pennsylvania, since 1999. He serves in the Family Life department as well as overseeing the music and leading worship. He graduated from West Chester University in 1996 with a Marketing major and a Creative Writing minor. Joseph currently resides in West Chester with his wife, Wendy, and their five children.

José Troche

José Troche, is a 2003 Pastors College graduate and currently part of the leadership team of Iglesia Gracia Soberana de Gaithersburg, MD. He co-authored songs and served as theology consultant for the recently released CD “Allí en la Cruz”. He and his wife Caryn have two children.

Mauricio Velarde

Mauricio serves as a worship leader at Iglesia Gracia Soberana in Gaithersburg, MD. In 2010, he collaborated with Sovereign Grace Ministries to produce the album Allí en la Cruz.Mauricio is currently a worship leader intern, under the leadership of Bob Kauflin and Ken Boer. He and his wife Sonia were married in 2009.

Donald Whitney

Since 2005, Don has been Associate Professor of Biblical Spirituality at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, where he also serves as Senior Associate Dean. He is the founder and president of The Center for Biblical Spirituality. He is the author of Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life, How Can I Be Sure I’m A Christian, Spiritual Disciplines Within the Church, Ten Questions to Diagnose Your Spiritual Health, Simplify Your Spiritual Life, and Family Worship. His hobby is restoring and using old fountain pens.

Dave Wilcox

Dave Wilcox is technical director at Covenant Life Church, where he is blessed to serve the Lord with the people he respects most. Dave lives in Damascus, Maryland with the three people he loves most: his wife, Cara, and their three children.

David Zimmer

David serves in the college ministry at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California. He is the drummer/writer for the band Enfield, which plays for the Resolved Conference. David has written and co-written on the albums: O For That Day and Back to Calvary. His songs include: “Eternal Praise”, “Holy is Our God”, and “The Hymn.” David just finished his first full length album while pursing a solo career as a singer/songwriter. He lives in Santa Clarita with his wonderful wife, Julie.
