While food and drink are not permitted in the meeting rooms, you’re welcome to bring food onsite and eat in a number of dining areas.

Coffee will be for sale on site in the afternoons.

Why are we ending early each evening of the conference?

This year’s schedule allows you to choose how you would like to spend free time in the evenings. We recommend debriefing with your team, processing the day, getting to know other attendees, interacting with the speakers, checking out the exhibitors and bookstore, or jamming with your team. The facility will be open until 9:30pm (Thursday and Friday).

Will there be networking opportunities?

We will facilitate a songwriter lunch (Friday) and a tech lunch (Thursday and Friday) during the conference. To sign up, simply indicate on your registration.

What are the exhibitor and bookstore hours?

These are listed on the schedule here.
