WorshipGod FAQs

General

WorshipGod Conference is for anyone who leads, plans or participates in their Sunday gatherings: worship leaders, pastors, musicians, vocalists, choir directors, sound and tech personnel, projectionists, or church members who want to better understand congregational worship. There’s something for everyone!

Registration

Yes. The individual rate is $200 through April 14. The rate for groups of 5 or more attendees is $175 through April 14. We have a special rate of $99 for students, senior pastors, international attendees, and church planters. See the registration page for more information.

Anyone is welcome, but the recommended age is 12 and up. Of course, if you think your child is ahead of the curve, younger ages are welcome, too! Minors should be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide child care.

Sure! Just contact events@sovereigngrace.com before registration closes on July 10th.

This is a decision we make closer to the conference. Depending on capacity, we may be able to offer them.

Cancellation requests received before midnight on July 3 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after July 3.

We love your little ones, but unfortunately we aren’t able to provide childcare and think they could possibly be a distraction for other attendees. This doesn’t include nursing infants.

Facility

Yes, there will be free parking available on site.

We looked into this, but it was cost prohibitive. Maybe this could be a great time to cut down on your multi-tasking and internet surfing!

Hotels & Transportation

We aren’t able to provide transportation but recommend using Uber, Lyft, or arranging rides with others at the conference.

Visit the Travel & Lodging page for recommended hotels. There are many options for hotels less than 20 minutes from the conference.

Food & Drink

We’re going to take care of your lunch on Thursday and Friday. Plus there will be coffee and water for free and you’ll have the option of shelling out a few bucks for a latte. Other than that, you’re on your own.

Just notify us on your registration and we’ll accommodate your dietary needs.

While food and drink are not permitted in the meeting rooms, you’re welcome to bring food onsite and eat in a number of dining areas.

There will be free coffee available and if you prefer something more crafted, we’ll be selling lattes for a few bucks.

Schedule

We end Thursday and Friday around dinner time to allow you to determine how you’d like to spend your free time in the evenings. But we wanted to mention that on Thursday night we’ll be playing through the songs from our new album, Knowing God, and would love to have you join us! But Friday night is completely open for time to debrief with your team, process the day, get to know other attendees, interact with the speakers, or check out the bookstore.

Media

Yes, audio and video for the main sessions will be available on our past conferences page as soon as possible after the conference. Audio for the seminars will be available as well.
