Who is this conference primarily intended to serve?
WorshipGod Conference is for anyone who lead, plans or participate in their local church Sunday gatherings: worship leaders, pastors, musicians, vocalists, choir directors, sound and tech personnel, projectionists, or church members who want to better understand congregational worship. There’s something for everyone!

Are there special student rates and group rates available?
Yes. The individual rate is $150 until April 30. The rate for groups of 5 or more attendees is $125 until April 30. We have a special rate of $99 for students, senior pastors, international attendees, and church planters. See the registration page for more information.
Is there a minimum age required to attend?
Anyone is welcome, but the recommended age is 12 and up. Of course, if you think your child is ahead of the curve, younger ages are welcome, too! Minors should be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide child care.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Sure! Just contact email@example.com before registration closes on July 10th.
Will session or day passes be available?
This is a decision we make closer to the conference. Depending on capacity, we may be able to offer them.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests received before midnight on July 3 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after July 3.
Will there be childcare available?
We love your little ones, but unfortunately we aren't able to provide childcare and think they could possibly be a distraction for other attendees. This doesn't include nursing infants.
Is this conference at the same location as WorshipGod 2019?
Yes. Before 2019, WorshipGod was hosted at Highview Baptist Church East Campus. This year we will again be at Highview Baptist Church Fegenbush Campus. This location is much better suited for offering more seminars.
Is parking free?
Yes, there will be free parking available on site.
Is the conference wheelchair accessible?
Will there be wifi available?
We looked into this, but it was cost prohibitive. Maybe this could be a great time to cut down on your multi-tasking and internet surfing!
Hotels & Transportation
How close is the conference to hotels?
Visit the Travel & Lodging page for recommended hotels. There are many options for hotels less than 20 minutes from the conference.
Food & Drink
Are meals included?
We're going to take care of your lunch on Thursday and Friday. Plus there will be coffee and water for free and you'll have the option of shelling out a few bucks for a latte. Other than that, you're on your own.
What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Just notify us on your registration and we’ll accommodate your dietary needs.
Can I bring outside food and drink onsite?
While food and drink are not permitted in the meeting rooms, you’re welcome to bring food onsite and eat in a number of dining areas.
Will there be coffee?
We covered this in the meals questions, but we'll say it again here. There will be free coffee available and if you prefer something more crafted, we'll be selling lattes for a few bucks.
Why are we ending early each evening of the conference?
This year’s schedule allows you to choose how you would like to spend free time in the evenings. We recommend debriefing with your team, processing the day, getting to know other attendees, interacting with the speakers, checking out the exhibitors and bookstore, or jamming with your team. The facility will be open until 9:30pm on Friday.
Will there be networking opportunities?
We will facilitate a songwriter lunch (Friday) and a tech lunch (Thursday and Friday) during the conference. To sign up, simply indicate on your registration.
What’s the official social media hashtag?
Will you be posting recorded content from the teachings at this event?
Yes, audio and video for the main sessions will be available on our past conferences page as soon as possible after the conference. Audio for the seminars will be available as well.
Will this event be live-streamed?
We will share a live stream of the main sessions on our Facebook page.
