Devon, his wife Kristine, and their four children live in Urbana, MD, where he serves as the lead pastor of Grace Church and helps lead Sovereign Grace Music. He completed his B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland (2007) and his M.Div. (2015), Th.M. (2018), and Ph.D. (2020) from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
